A Account Receivable Clerk records payments to customer accounts and maintains accounts receivable records. Must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency with any discrepancies. Reconciles and deposits all monies received by the dealership. Processes and reconciles credit card deposits on a daily basis. Prepares cash deposits and fills out the cash control sheet daily for Accounts Receivable transactions. Reconciles and runs schedules via computerized systems, stocks in cars and follows up collections as necessary.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
