The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. About the role
The Operations Manager, Melbourne Court Support Services will provide operational leadership for the Melbourne Magistrates Court Support Services Teams and programs. Critical to this role, will be expertise in operational and/or therapeutic management of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality services to program participants, the judiciary and stakeholder agencies.
The role will support maintaining strong service delivery within Specialist Courts and Programs with a focus on programs operating out of Melbourne Magistrates Court.
About you
- Significant operational management experience with experience or knowledge of courts or social services / health sector
- Strong people management, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Tertiary qualification in social work or psychology or other related discipline desirable but not essential.
