Senior Executive, E-Commerce [Singapore]

What you will do:


  • Support the execution of Singapore Ecommerce store, and ensure smooth execution for online brand launches, tactics to use marketing inventory etc.

  • Plan and deliver direct marketing campaigns with a focus on efficiency, encouraging user engagement, retention and loyalty.

  • Track all campaign related performance and collating trend analysis, pulling and consolidating reports on online store performance using data visualization tools/SQL

  • Daily sharing with the team of these key trends and insights that can be used to optimize online store performance

  • Using data to propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities

  • Strategically think about onsite campaigns that should be amplified and work with regional performance team to execute

  • Create and administrate comprehensive evaluation of direct marketing campaigns, onsite optimisation and improvement to content plans and creative.

  • Support the development of plans and processes that exploit channel best practices and provide a strong foundation for speed and scale

  • Translate CRM and personalization strategies into inspiring creative briefs and actionable direct marketing plans

  • Leverage data and key learnings to drive future onsite, direct marketing and database engagement plans


We’re excited about you if you have:

  • A university degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Data Analytics

  • 2+ years of data analyst experience in e-commerce/campaign management/online marketing

  • Strong data analysis background

  • Proven success with data-driven campaign insights

  • Strong multi-channel marketing skills –digital, direct marketing, advertising

  • Experience in developing client-centric marketing campaigns

  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Knowledge of SQL,Google/Omniture Analytics is a must
