Your responsibilities will include:
Source, evaluate and streamline top talent
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Create and maintain a database of top talent for future positions
Monitor the industry, identify and recommend human resource management best practices to implement
Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
Provide decision support to the HR team through HR metrics
What you will need:
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Management would be preferred
2+ years of proven working experience in Human Resources/Recruitment
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
