Our team at DXC Claims Management is thrilled to announce the beginning of our operations in NSW, where we will be partnering with icare to enhance the recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers in New South Wales. With over 20 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management, we are uniquely positioned to contribute to DXC's claims management expertise in this area.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
  • Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
  • Customer Query Handling - Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
