HR & Admin Assistant [Pakistan]


 

Position Overview: We are hiring an HR & Admin Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources department and handle general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, stock and printing requests.
  • Manage and collect driver form from supervisor and send it to Head Office
  • Manage driver attendance and monthly incentive details of driver.
  • Collect challan expense from supervisor and post it to the software.
  • Maintain all vehicles file and a filing system.
  • Any other task assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or a similar function.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Location: LAHORE.
