Position Overview: We are hiring an HR & Admin Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources department and handle general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, stock and printing requests.
- Manage and collect driver form from supervisor and send it to Head Office
- Manage driver attendance and monthly incentive details of driver.
- Collect challan expense from supervisor and post it to the software.
- Maintain all vehicles file and a filing system.
- Any other task assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
