Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with HR team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- Asisst in recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
- Asisst in organising orientation and training.
- Assist in organising of personal file.
- Assist in handling HRIS related matters
- Assist in monthly claims processing.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: RM1,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
