Job Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with HR team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Asisst in recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
  • Asisst in organising orientation and training.
  • Assist in organising of personal file.
  • Assist in handling HRIS related matters
  • Assist in monthly claims processing.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
