Create and maintain material library in AutoSPOOL Software
Detail design changes to existing IDF files, from revised design isometrics including addition of new material and removal of obsolete material
Produce and check workshop fabrication isometrics and spool drawings
Ensure all drawings are produced to comply with project schedule and client requirements.
Weld Mapping of Shop weld & Field weld on the hard copy (ENGINEERING ISO) as per guidelines & specifications.
Generation of Spool and weld map drawings from the provided criteria.
Managing AutoSPOOL projects, Material database, and Work flow database.
Checking of Shop & Erection drawings produced by AutoSPOOL team (Including MTO & INCH-DIA).
Resolving isometric extraction problems in AutoSPOOL. Resolving errors in data source (IDF/PCF)
Review P&ID, GAD and isometrics, Piping quantity.
Issuing of fabrication and erection drawings.
Preparation of BOQ/MTO from drawings and specifications.
Detailed Checking of Isometric Drawings generated from AutoSPOOL Software which includes
Checking of bill of materials in both shop and erection assembly isometrics.
Checking of weld summary in both shop and erection isometrics.
Detailed verification of pipe wall thickness, Reinforcement pad calculations, miter bend calculations and other support verification etc. for different specification of pipes according to various standards used in process piping.
Checking of routing & elevation with respect to Isometric drawing.
Checking of ISO drawings, release for pre-fabrication of spools and fabrication of pipe support based on the priority and material availability.
Responsible for piping erection and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, Specification, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.
Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment.
