What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:
Are you looking for a new and rewarding career opportunity with a stable company? RevCycle is excited to offer this WORK FROM HOME or in office Billing Based Customer Service Representative position. This is a fast paced and rewarding customer service position with no experience necessary and offers a great on the job training program. Do you think you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask? Then this position is for you! Our representatives work in a call center setting assisting patients with their outstanding medical bill balances. This position is responsible for a handling billing and insurance questions and concerns, also taking patient payments and discussing payment options. While providing excellent customer service.
What we?re looking for:
- A passion and commitment to high quality customer service
- Excellent phone-based communication skills
- Prior work experience in a call center or healthcare customer service setting is helpful but not required
- An ability to multitask and have basic office professional computer skills using Microsoft suite (Outlook and Teams), data entry, video conferencing.
